Refund Policy

14-Day Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial without requiring a credit card upfront. This ensures you have ample time to evaluate the platform, configure your contractor profile, and analyze real construction opportunities before committing to a paid subscription.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription renewal at any time through your account billing portal. Upon cancellation, your workspace will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. We do not issue automatic charges at the end of the free trial.

Refund Eligibility

Because we provide a comprehensive, zero-risk evaluation period, we do not offer refunds or prorated returns for unused time on monthly or annual subscriptions once a charge has been successfully processed.

Exceptions

If you believe a billing error has occurred, or your account was charged incorrectly due to a system malfunction, please contact support@bidfellow.com within 7 days of the invoice date for an immediate review.
