We collect information you provide directly to us when creating an account, including business email, company name, bonding limits, and operational regions. We also process payment information through our secure gateway provider, Paddle.com.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to provide, maintain, and improve the Bidfellow platform. Specifically, your operational parameters (bonding limits, NAICS codes) are used locally within your workspace to filter and rank public procurement opportunities. We do not sell your private pipeline data or active bid estimates to third parties.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including database encryption and secure authentication via Supabase, to protect your company data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

4. Third-Party Services

We utilize third-party APIs (including AI models) to process specification documents. Documents uploaded to the War Room are processed securely and are not used to train public language models.
